Ok I had a classmate give me some Coconut Water not to long ago, I didn’t like it at all, it had the Coconut seeds in it and it was nasty to me. Well like most things what tastes nasty at first is Most likely Good for you and the stuff we think tastes so Good is normally what is bad for you. Even though I didn’t like it, I knew it was Good for my Health so I did a little research and found some Benefits of drinking Coconut Water.
