Inner Peace:Refers to a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace, with enough knowledge and understanding to keep oneself strong in the face of discord or stress.

1. Be Patient (“Patience is not the ability to wait, it is the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting. Patience is a fruit of the spirit that manifests itself in a calm, positive attitude despite the circumstances)

2.Soothe and Replenish your Spirit (Example: Quite your mind) You can use this affirmation from Deepak Chopra to help quiet your mind. “Today I shall judge nothing that occurs, Non-Judgement creates silence in the my mind”

3. Keep everything simple (Try not to do too many things at one time)

4.Try not to prejudge (Try letting go of bias and expectation and be open to new experiences)

5. Be Happy (“If you want to be Happy, BE” Leo Tolstoy)

6.Have Pride (Take pride in your individuality, You are Unique and there is ONLY one YOU)

7. See Beauty (See the beauty in everything and everyone)

8.Be Content ( Contentment matters most, if you are content with yourself and your life then there is no reason why you would not have inner peace, in your mind everything is perfect just the way it is)

9. Take it Easy ( Remind yourself that having Inner Peace is for you and no one else)

10.Be Optimistic (Have Faith & Believe)
